About the Role

As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day retail operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, profitability and team performance.

Key responsibilities include:
Lead, motivate and develop the retail team
Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
Manage stock levels, merchandising, promotions and inventory
Monitor and improve department performance
Ensure the store is presented to a high standard at all times
Manage rosters and staff performance
Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff training




Implement promotional campaigns and maximise sales opportunities
Monitor stock loss, short-dated stock and dead stock
Ensure store policies, procedures and compliance requirements are followed
Work closely with the Pharmacist Manager and business owners to achieve store objectives

About You

We are looking for someone who:
Has senior retail experience
Has strong leadership and people-management skills
Is commercially minded and motivated by achieving targets
Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Is organised, proactive and able to multitask
Has a robust understanding of stock management and visual merchandising
Can coach and motivate a team to achieve results
Is confident working in a busy retail environment
