Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to join their remote team, contributing to projects across South Africa. In this role, you will produce precise architectural drawings and documentation, supporting the design and construction phases of various building projects. You will work closely with architects and designers, leveraging your technical skills in CAD software to translate concepts into executable plans. Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and site plans using CAD software.
Update and revise drawings based on instructions from architects and project managers.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and industry drafting standards.
Assist in the creation of presentation drawings and 3D models.
Maintain organized digital drawing files and project documentation.




Collaborate effectively with team members through virtual communication channels.
Conduct basic research as needed for drawing content.

Requirements
Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter or in a similar drafting role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with Revit or other BIM software.
Robust understanding of architectural drafting conventions and symbols.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills for virtual collaboration.
