About the Role

Our client, a growing recruitment consultancy, is looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Queenstown . This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity for a motivated individual eager to learn the recruitment industry. You will work closely with experienced consultants to source, screen, and engage with candidates, primarily focusing on entry-level and graduate positions for their clients across the Eastern Cape. This hybrid role offers a blend of office-based learning and remote flexibility, providing a fantastic foundation for a career in talent acquisition within a supportive and cooperative setting.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for graduate and entry-level positions.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments over the phone or via video calls.
Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate and timely information.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Support recruitment consultants with administrative tasks and research.




Learn and apply recruitment best practices and industry knowledge.

Requirements
Recent graduate with a relevant degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Psychology) or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a skilled phone manner.
Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a hybrid work model.
Basic understanding of MS Office Suite and eagerness to learn new software.
