Sigma Healthcare is recruiting for a Team Manager (Night Shift) at our Port Adelaide distribution centre. You will lead a warehouse team, ensure safety, quality and customer service standards, and drive productivity and engagement across the shift.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will manage daily warehouse activities, mentor staff, implement SOPs, and measure team performance to meet delivery and accuracy targets for our FMCG operations.
