Selling Sales Manager New Vehicles - Omoda Jaecoo /n

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Person or an existing Assistant Sales Manager that is ready to lead their own team.

/n

As the Assistant Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager, giving you the opportunity to lead & coach our high energy Omoda Jaecoo Sales Team. This is a hybrid "selling assistant manager" role where you will manage the teams performance while closing your own deals.

Key Responsibilities /n

Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and support junior sales consultants to hit individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs).

/n
Showroom Sales: Lead by example by closing sales and delivering a premium, no-fuss customer buying experience.

/n
CRM & Process Management: Drive compliance using automotive CRM and inventory software to track and follow up all digital and walk-in leads.

/n

What We Are Looking For /n

/n
Minimum 3+ years of automotive dealership current vehicle sales experience. (essential)

/n




Proven history of exceeding sales targets.

/n
Natural leadership potential with strong coaching and communication skills.

/n
Solid digital literacy and CRM software experience.

/n
Strong understanding of multiple social media platforms.

/n
Current, valid Victorian Driver’s License.
