Legal Secretary | IP, Technology & Regulatory

Calling all part-time legal support professionals!

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-regarded national law firm on a part time basis, 3 days per week. You will be supporting a busy IP, Technology & Regulatory practice in Sydney.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced legal support professional seeking greater flexibility while continuing to work with a well-regarded national firm and alongside experienced lawyers.

The Opportunity

You will provide a broad range of legal and administrative support, including:
Liaising with clients.
Preparing and lodging court documents and briefs.
File management, including opening, closing and archiving files.
Diary coordination and travel management.
General administrative support to the wider team.

What we are looking for

To be successful, you will have:
2+ years' legal secretarial experience,



ideally within a similar practice area.
Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience with legal billing and document management systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
The ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a team.
