Seeking a Maintenance Fitter to join the team to work across afternoon and night shifts

Immediate Start

/n

Duties, but are not limited to: /n

/n
Perform routine and preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs according to SOPs and maintenance schedules.

/n
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

/n
Assemble, install, and adjust machinery and equipment as required.

/n
Coordinate and supervise contractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

/n
Maintain spare parts inventory and workshop housekeeping.

/n




Provide technical support to production staff and respond to urgent breakdowns or project work, including overtime if needed.

/n
Conduct all maintenance activities in compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.

/n

Skills/experience: /n

/n
Prior experience as a Manitanence Fitter within a manufacturing workplace

/n
Robust mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to read technical drawings.

/n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

/n
Ability to lift heavy equipment andwork at heights if required

/n
Solid understanding of cGMP, OH&S;, and environmental requirements.

/n
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

/n
Positive, adaptable, and solution-focused approach to maintenance challenges.
