Preferred Requirements




Demonstrated experience working in an operating theatre setting
Strong knowledge of theatre protocols, aseptic technique, and instrument management
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary surgical team
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in a quick-paced setting
Flexibility and adaptability to support a range of surgical procedures

Preferred Qualifications
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Formal qualification or recognised training in perioperative nursing practice
Current First Aid and CPR certification
