The chance
We're looking for a skilled, polished barista to join the in-house café team at one of our prestigious corporate clients in the Sydney CBD. This is a casual position offering 25–38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
You'll be serving the client's staff, executives and guests in a professional office environment, where every cup needs to be excellent, including at the height of the morning rush. Beyond the coffee machine, you'll play a hands‑on role in the wider team, managing pantry stock and supporting the floor staff wherever needed.

What you'll be doing

Delivering high-quality coffee with consistent latte art and correct milk temperature





Maintaining quality and consistency through peak periods

Setting and adjusting the grinder to keep extraction on point

Managing pantry stock, including monitoring levels and restocking

Making and running coffee orders when needed

Helping the floor team with small preparation tasks

Providing warm, professional service to staff, executives and guests
