The Role /n

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Darling Harbour on a full-time basis. In this role, you will overlook daily operations, ensuring seamless service and high levels of guest satisfaction. You will be a key support for the floor team, bridging the communication between the kitchen, bar, and our guests.

Responsibilities /n

Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the floor team during busy services.

/n
Manage staff rostering while strictly adhering to labour budgets.

/n
Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve any service issues.

/n
Coordinate communication between the bar, kitchen, and front-of-house teams.

/n




Organize floor duties and ensure all operational standards are met.

/n
Support the Restaurant Manager in monitoring sales performance and budgets.

/n

Requirements /n

/n
At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a rapid-paced environment.

/n
Proven ability to manage labour budgets and monitor sales KPIs.

/n
A solid commitment to guest satisfaction and high service standards.

/n
Excellent communication skills and a reliable, qualified attitude.

/n
