What are we looking for /n

Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)

/n
Previous experience working in a busy high-end kitchen

/n
Excellent time management and organisational skills

/n
Adaptability and a team-oriented mindset

/n
Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices

/n
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

/n
Passion for the culinary arts and a genuine love for food!
