Perth Bears, Western Australia’s current NRL club, seeks a detail oriented Payroll Manager to lead payroll and perks as a sole resource reporting to Head of Finance. You will oversee payroll for staff, contractors and players with accuracy and compliance.

The role covers salary packaging, FBT, superannuation, awards and NRL salary cap-related payments. As a foundation hire, you’ll implement a current payroll system, migrate data, and establish processes to support growth.
