An established and highly regarded accounting practice in Toowoomba is looking for an experienced Client Services Administrator to join their team.

The Role /n

Working closely with the accounting team and clients, your responsibilities will include:

/n

/n
Managing ATO and ASIC portals, including lodgments, registrations and client updates.

/n
Preparing and lodging ASIC forms and annual statements.

/n
ATO correspondence, including payment plans and general client matters.

/n
Managing ASL / lodgment requirements and associated administration.

/n
Client onboarding and maintaining client records.

/n
Collating and issuing financial statements, tax returns and other documents.

/n
Preparing engagement letters and general client correspondence.

/n
Managing workflow,



deadlines and following up outstanding information.

/n
General administrative support to Partners and Accountants.

/n

About You /n

/n
Previous experience in a Client Services / Administration role within an accounting practice.

/n
Strong knowledge of the ATO and ASIC portals.

/n
Experience with accounting practice systems and processes.

/n
Solid communication and organisational skills.

/n
Professional and personable when dealing with clients.

/n
