Job Description

Icon Cancer Centre Maitland is seeking an Administration Officer to join our team and support the radiation oncology unit. This permanent, part time role provides administration, secretarial and reception support with accurate appointment bookings and welcoming patient experience.

The role involves correct billing, timely paperwork processing, and liaising with oncologists. Work in a supportive, patient-focused setting within our Maitland centre.
