Job Description

Empower Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver home-based services under NDIS and Homecare Packages. You will manage your own caseload autonomously, supported by clinical leads and team leaders in a knowledge-sharing culture.

You will assess and treat participants in their homes, arrange equipment and home modifications, and develop programs to improve daily routines and independence. AHPRA registration, police check, and robust communication are essential.
