Reporting to the ADON Perioperative, you will take strategic and operational ownership of CSSD, Theatre Orderly Services and theatre equipment management, working alongside clinical and operational leaders to lift efficiency across a 14-theatre complex.About the RoleProvide strategic and operational leadership across Surgical Support Services, including CSSD, Theatre Orderly Services and theatre equipment managementLead the CSSD Team Leader and Theatre Orderlies directlyOwn equipment and asset lifecycle management, including procurement, commissioning, maintenance and replacement planning, coordinating closely with Biomedical Engineering and ProcurementDevelop and manage operational budgets, workforce plans and rostering frameworks across the portfolioDrive continuous improvement, service standards and accountabilities across CSSD and Theatre Orderly ServicesEnsure compliance with infection prevention, WHS and accreditation requirements, and lead quality and risk initiatives across the portfolioWhat We're Looking ForTertiary qualification in Health Service Management, Business,
