The Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne is seeking a Medical Consultant to lead the Long Term Follow-Up Program (LTFP) at Monash Children's Hospital, Clayton.
This permanent, part time role focuses on survivorship care for children who have completed cancer treatment.You will work within a statewide, multi-disciplinary team to ensure coordinated clinical follow-up, support program improvements, and supervise cancer survivorship clinics across affiliated sites.
