We are looking for a highly capable Senior Duty/Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-moving, guest-focused environment.This is a highly visible, hands-on, guest-facing role.
You will lead from the floor, support and develop the front-of-house team, solve problems in the moment and help shape the service culture of a brand-new property.What you'll bring5+ years' accommodation or hospitality experience, ideally in senior Duty Manager, Front Office, Guest Services or Rooms Division roles.Strong experience in an upscale, upper-upscale, luxury or serviced apartment environment.Exceptional guest service instincts, confidence and professional presence.Superior IT and systems capability.




Experience with Mews PMS is a strong advantage.A genuine appetite for innovation, new technology and smarter ways of working.Commercial awareness, robust organisation, sound judgement and the adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.What you'll ownDay-to-day front office and hotel operations.Guest experience, issue resolution, reservations and service delivery.Leadership, coaching and development of the front-of-house team.Coordination with housekeeping, maintenance, building and corporate teams.Continuous improvement of systems, SOPs and operating standards.If you're a polished hotel operator who loves being guest-facing, embraces technology and wants to help bring a standout new Melbourne property to life, we'd love to hear from you.
