This is a field-based role perfect for someone who enjoys customer engagement, understands water and industrial pump applications, and is motivated by building strong commercial relationships.This position offers a competitive package, autonomy on the road, and the opportunity to grow into a general management role for the right candidate.About the OpportunityAs a Business Development Manager you will drive sales growth by developing and nurturing relationships with both distributors and end users across a range of industries, including water, agriculture, infrastructure, industrial, and commercial sectors.You will work closely with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored pump solutions.
This role will see you out in the field, visiting customers, identifying new opportunities, and representing the company's technical product offering.What You'll DoDevelop and execute sales strategies across Queensland to grow market shareBuild and maintain robust relationships with pump distributors, contractors, consultants, and end usersProvide technical and commercial support to customers regarding pump selection, applications,
