mentoring and developing a team of panel beaters, painters, estimators and support staffEnsuring repairs are completed in accordance with OEM repair methods and manufacturer standardsDriving productivity, efficiency and workshop performanceMonitoring work quality and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction outcomesBuilding strong relationships with insurers, assessors, manufacturers and internal stakeholdersManaging workshop KPIs, budgets and profitability targetsEnsuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirementsSupporting continuous improvement initiatives and industry best practicesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:Previous experience in a Panel Shop Manager, Production Manager or Senior Workshop Management roleStrong collision repair industry knowledge and technical expertiseExperience working within OEM‐approved repair environmentsExcellent leadership and people management skillsSolid understanding of estimating, workshop systems and repair processesProven ability to manage workflow, productivity and profitabilityStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsA commitment to quality workmanship and customer service excellenceCurrent driver's licenceWhy Join Alto Body Shop?
