For over 50 years, we've helped Australians create beautiful homes with stylish, affordable furniture – and we're only getting started.As we continue to invest in our digital experience, we're looking for a Full Time Digital Experience Manager to help lead how customers experience our online store, sitting within our CRM & Ecommerce team.Working closely with our Online Trading, Development, Email Marketing, Graphic Design and Paid teams, you'll bring our Data 360 and personalisation capability to life through thoughtful, high-performing digital experiences.
This is a hands-on opportunity to combine UX/UI, ecommerce and optimisation to deliver for both our customers and our commercial goals.What you'll be doingOwn the end-to-end performance of key website journeys - designing, testing, and iterating to lift conversion, engagement and revenueTranslate Amart's customer segments and data-driven triggers into explicit, intentional UI and interaction patterns across the sitePartner with our SEO and content specialists to ensure page structure, metadata and content are optimised for both traditional search and generative/AI search engines (GEO), so our products are easy to discover wherever customers are searchingUse data and analytics from Constructor, Fullstory and GA4 to identify friction, prioritise opportunities, and validate decisions pre- and post-launchDesign end-to-end experiences: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for Amart's website, from landing pages for the Paid Media team and first-to-market product launch pages, to re-vamped product pagesPlan, run, and synthesise customer insights and utilise Optimizely to inform design, tests and resulting optimisation decisionsContribute to and help maintain our design system,



building personalisation-ready components that scalePartner closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and to a high standardPresent and rationalise your work to stakeholders, connecting design decisions back to commercial outcomesAbout youYou'll be someone who's genuinely energised by ecommerce performance and design.
You will see a drop in conversion or a search visibility gap as a design problem, not just a marketing one.You'll also bring:3 years' experience in a UX/UI, digital product, or CRO/optimisation-focused ecommerce roleExperience using any of the following tools looked upon favourably: Salesforce, Fullstory, Constructor, Optimizely (or equivalent testing/personalisation platforms) and Google AnalyticsA working understanding of SEO fundamentals, and curiosity about how generative/AI search is changing how customers discover products onlineStrong craft across interaction and visual design, with fluency in tools like FigmaComfort using qualitative and quantitative data to defend design and optimisation decisionsStrong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate design rationale clearly to non-designersOur culture is genuinely people-first.
