ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have an exciting prospect for a Quality & Safety Coordinator to join our team based in Alexandria, NSW.
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting the ongoing development, implementation and maintenance of Schindler's Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety Management System.
You will work closely with operational teams across Engineering, Installation and Service operations to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements and company procedures.
This is an excellent opportunity for a quality-focused professional who enjoys process improvement, compliance, stakeholder engagement and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Degree qualifications in Engineering, Quality Management, Safety Compliance or a related discipline preferredMinimum 2 years' experience in a quality, compliance or safety-related roleExperience within the lift industry, construction,



manufacturing or a related technical environment highly regardedWorking knowledge of ISO **** Quality Management SystemsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to analyse information, identify trends and drive process improvementsExperience coordinating audits, corrective actions and compliance activitiesStrong problem-solving and root cause analysis skillsAbility to process and communicate technical information effectivelyCommitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS)Review and update quality documentation with process ownersCoordinate internal audits and compliance activitiesManage NCR and corrective action processesSupport root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure alignment between quality and safety processesCommunicate quality and compliance outcomes with key stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve business processes and customer experienceLiaise with internal stakeholders to support quality, safety and compliance objectivesPromote a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement across the business
