About the role
An exciting prospect is available for an experienced Boutique Manager to lead the Harbour Town location at West Beach.
This role suits a dynamic retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment, loves styling clients, and enjoys building an energetic, high-performing team culture.
You will take ownership of boutique performance, leading from the front to deliver strong sales results while ensuring every customer interaction feels personalised, confident, and on-brand.
This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded leader who enjoys balancing people leadership, styling, and operational excellence.
What you will do
Drive boutique performance across sales, conversion, ATV, IPS and customer loyalty targets
Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering elevated styling experiences and strong customer engagement
Coach, motivate and develop a results-driven team culture
Manage rostering and wages in line with business needs and peak trade periods
Oversee stock processes, inventory control, and operational standards




Execute visual merchandising direction and maintain premium presentation standards
Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to improve results
Create a positive, fashion-focused environment that inspires both team and customers
What you will bring
Previous Store Manager experience within fashion retail
Strong commercial understanding across KPIs, wages, and sales performance
Confidence managing a boutique environment independently
Passion for styling and creating memorable customer experiences
Ability to coach, inspire and develop retail teams
High level communication skills and strong emotional intelligence
Organised and operationally focused with excellent attention to detail
