You will be based in office working between our Newcastle office and various project sites in the Northern/Central NSW region.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities include:Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope,



and on budget;Lead and mentor project teams, including subcontractors, fostering a collaborative work environment;Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open communication to understand their needs and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle;The development and implementation of the project program;Establishment and maintenance of an accurate cost control system including the project budget and forecasting; andEnsuring compliance with regulations and maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards.Experience and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the below;Relevant practical experience in delivering commercial construction projects between $10M - $80M;Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a similar field;Advanced level knowledge of the application of WHS regulations and practices as relevant to construction sites;Proficiency in construction management software (e.g. Jobpac);An exceptional level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills;High level knowledge of construction contracts;Well developed knowledge of the construction process and common challenges;Highly developed organisational, time management and prioritising skills; andHighly developed emotional intelligence.FKG is an equal opportunity employer, where we recognise the diversity of our team and actively promote equality of opportunity for all with the right mix of talent, skills and potential.
