Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take ownership of the concession, driving commercial success while creating a premium customer experience from day one.You will lead with confidence, build strong relationships, coach your team to deliver exceptional service, and create a store environment that reflects the sophistication and quality of the Oroton brand.Permanent Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday rosterWhat You'll DoLead, coach and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadorsDrive performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs within a concession environmentOversee daily operations, including recruitment, rostering, customer experience and complianceExecute elevated, on-brand visual merchandising and promotional initiativesPartner with regional, state and national leaders to implement store-specific strategiesWhat You BringExperience in a concession environment (David Jones or Myer desirable)Understanding of concession stock processes and operational requirements (desirable)Proven experience leading a retail team in a premium or high-volume environmentStrong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIsAdvanced clienteling skills and a passion for customer experienceA natural eye for styling, fit, and luxury productConfidence in recruitment,
