CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanics and Field Service Technicians for multiple permanent positions across Western Australia.
We have a range of opportunities available across workshop, field service and Kalgoorlie-based positions.
We are open to candidates who are WA-based, willing to relocate or interested in FIFO opportunities, depending on the position and location.
These roles will suit qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanics with strong experience servicing, diagnosing and repairing heavy earthmoving and mobile plant equipment.
Volvo Construction Equipment experience is highly regarded, however candidates with experience working on Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr or other major equipment brands are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out servicing, repairs and preventative maintenance on heavy earthmoving and mobile plant equipmentDiagnosing and fault-finding mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic issuesCompleting breakdown repairs, component replacements and major repairs as requiredInspecting equipment and identifying potential mechanical issuesWorking on equipment including excavators, wheel loaders, articulated haulers and other heavy machineryUsing diagnostic tools and technical information to identify faults and confirm repairsCompleting accurate job cards, service reports and parts requestsCommunicating repair findings, timeframes and further work requiredEnsuring all work is completed safely and to a high standardAttending customer sites for servicing, diagnostics and repairs where requiredWorking effectively both independently and as part of a team
Our Ideal Candidate
Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic,



Mobile Plant Mechanic or Heavy Vehicle MechanicMinimum 1 year of hands‐on experience servicing or repairing heavy earthmoving machineryStrong mechanical fault‐finding and diagnostic skillsExperience across diesel engines, hydraulics, drivetrains and electrical systemsVolvo Construction Equipment experience highly regardedExperience with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr or comparable heavy equipmentPrevious mining, construction, civil, quarrying or heavy industry experience highly regardedField service experience highly regarded for field‐based positionsCurrent driver's licenceStrong commitment to safety and quality workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a team
