You'll partner with business leaders and delivery teams to build change readiness, support adoption, and help embed new processes, systems, and ways of working across the organisation.Develop and deliver change strategies, plans, and activities for large-scale transformation initiativesConduct impact assessments and identify change risks, dependencies, and mitigation actionsPartner with business leaders to drive stakeholder engagement and alignmentLead communication, training,
