We are seeking an experienced operator to join our team.The Role:This position involves the operation of heavy vehicles and earthmoving plant to support the construction and renovation of premium sports surfaces and golf courses.
You will be responsible for the safe transport of materials and the exact execution of earthworks, ensuring projects meet the technical specifications required for high-performance turf.Key Responsibilities:Precision operation of excavators, graders, skid steers, and other plantUse of GPS and laser systemsPrecise infrastructure installation, including trenching for subsurface drainage and irrigation mainlinesConduct rigorous daily pre-starts, greasing,



and machine cleaningRead and execute civil drawings ensuring all work aligns with schematicsRequired Experience & Skills:At least 5 years' experience in heavy vehicle operation in earthmoving, preferable within the civil construction or sports turf industriesProficiency in operating a range of plant and GPS/Laser equipmentProven ability to work from site plans and follow technical directions with high precisionStrong work ethic and flexibility to travel to various project locations as requiredStrict adherence to SWMS and site safety proceduresCurrent White CardFor further information regarding our current projects and company profile, please visit : Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
