Now we're looking for a hands-on manager to lead our Port Melbourne and Keysborough warehouses and the team of around 15 who make it happen!
If you want to make real impact, drive results and grow with Australia's leading online florist, this is your opportunity.What you'll do:Run the floor day to day: production, packing and dispatch, keeping both teams on targetBuild your leads at each site so they can run the floor confidently when you're at the other oneSet rosters, coach your people and look after their trainingOwn quality: coolroom standards, stock and every bunch that leaves the buildingWork with couriers and our other teams, and report on how the sites are trackingPlan and lead our big moments: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and ChristmasKeep both sites safe and WHS-compliantWhat you'll bring:5+ years managing people in a hands-on operational role (warehouse, retail,



hospitality, production).
No floral experience needed, we'll teach you that.Experience running more than one site or team is a big plusClear, direct communication, and you're as good at taking feedback as giving itYou pick up new systems quickly and stay calm when it's busyA driver's licence (you'll split your time between sites)How your week looks:Most of your week is at Port Melbourne, with regular days at Keysborough.
