We're a close-knit team that moves quickly, and our customers rely on us getting their orders right and out the door on time.About the roleWe're looking for an experienced picker packer to join our warehouse team in Nerang.
This is a hands-on role - you'll be picking and packing customer orders, unloading pallets off trucks, keeping the warehouse in order, and jumping in the van for local deliveries when we need you to.What you'll be doingPicking and packing customer orders accurately and on timeLoading vans with customer orders ready for dispatchReceiving and unloading pallets from incoming trucks using a walkie stackerPutting away stock and keeping bins, boxes and racking clearly labelled and organisedMaintaining a clean,



tidy and safe warehouseLocal deliveries to customers as requiredAssisting with stock takes and general inventory controlGeneral warehouse duties as neededWhat we're looking forPrevious picker packer or warehouse experienceConfidence operating a walkie stacker (training provided if needed)Current, clean Australian driver's licence - you'll be driving our delivery vanAbility to keep pace in a busy environment without cutting corners on accuracyPride in keeping your workspace tidy and organisedGood communication and a willingness to pitch in wherever neededAbility to lift up-to 20kg.
Heavier items are team-lifted or moved with equipment.Stock take experience (highly regarded)Forklift licence (LF) is a bonus but not essentialWhat's on offer$30 - $35 per hour plus 12% super (dependent on experience)Monday to Friday, with a 12pm finish on a FridayOngoing secure work with a growing businessSupportive team environment where everyone pitches in to help each other.
