Clinical & Quality Occupational Therapy Educator and Clinical Hub Lead
Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with significant experience and technical knowledge, love occupational therapy but ready to move away from the day-to-day client work.
Do you get excited about helping and developing other clinicians (from graduate to senior) grow and develop?
Do you notice where a process could work better, and feel compelled to fix it?
This could be the role for you!
We've created the Clinical & Quality Occupational Therapy Educator and Cairns Clinical Hub Lead position to lead the career development and practice quality of our Occupational Therapy team across ATS.
It's a genuine opportunity to shape how Occupational Therapy is delivered across our growing regional organisation, and an opportunity to understand the legislative changes and shifting landscape that is impacting the way our occupational therapists need to work.
From working on clinical templates for our report writing, to educating the team on where our focus needs to be and how we need to deliver quality services as occupational therapists through supervision.
