Missions/Main Duties
The role In this role, you will support the design and delivery of major roads and highways projects, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality transport infrastructure outcomes.
Coordinate civil design packages across major transport infrastructure projectsDevelop, review and deliver technical design outputs for roads and highways worksWork closely with multidisciplinary teams to support integrated project deliveryLiaise with clients and internal stakeholders throughout design and delivery phasesSupport project planning and help ensure designs meet relevant standards and project requirementsTake ownership of key design elements and contribute to broader project delivery outcomes
Profile/Skills
What We're Looking ForApproximately 8–10 years' experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on transport infrastructure,



roads and highwaysExperience delivering work on major infrastructure projects, ideally within the major D&C; environmentStrong capability in general civil design, including alignment design and related road infrastructure elements such as road furnitureProficiency in 12d and confidence producing or coordinating high-quality civil design outputsAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, while liaising with clients and internal stakeholdersExperience in a zone lead, coordination, or design leadership capacity, or the ambition to grow into a Design Manager/Technical Lead pathwayBenefits to support your career and work-life balance We offer a supportive environment where you can grow your career while maintaining balance and flexibility.
