She speaks limited English, so we are looking for a female support worker who is fluent in either Macedonian, Serbian, Croatian or Bosnian.
This is a 24/7 supports role, with successful applicants receiving 30+ hours per week across in-home and community shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings and sleepovers.About the ParticipantOur participant is a Macedonian elderly lady who lives on her own.
She is recovering from a stroke and perks from warm, patient and consistent support that also looks after her emotional wellbeing.
Because she has limited English, being able to talk with her in her own language is essential.
