You will lead processing crews, champion protected work practices, and drive cost-efficient decisions to achieve production targets.This site-based role operates on an 8:6 / 7:7 FIFO roster (day and night shifts).
You will mentor technicians, monitor plant performance, and partner with maintenance to optimise throughput and recoveries while sustaining a Zero Harm culture.
