Sydney Earthworks is seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor / Foreman to join our team on civil and earthworks projects across the Southern Tablelands region of NSW.
This position will initially be offered on a contract basis, with a genuine view to permanent full-time employment for the right person.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who can take ownership of site operations, lead crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.Key responsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily civil and earthworks activitiesLead site crews, subcontractors and plant operatorsCoordinate labour, plant, materials and deliveriesRead and interpret construction drawings and specificationsOversee earthworks, excavation, drainage, formwork and concretingMonitor project progress and maintain construction schedulesEnsure high standards of workmanship and qualityConduct pre-starts,
