PROJECT MANAGERFull-time | Malaga, WA | Flexible working hoursPrecision Pipe Technologies (PPT) is a growing Western Australian company specialising in drainage maintenance, high-pressure jetting, CCTV inspection, vacuum services and trenchless pipe rehabilitation.Following our continued growth and appointment to key government and utility panels, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
This is a full time, predominantly office-based position at our Malaga premises, with flexible working hours available.The roleWorking closely with our Operations Manager and field teams, you will coordinate projects from initial enquiry and estimating through to planning, delivery and completion.Key responsibilities will include:Preparing estimates, quotations and tender submissionsPlanning and scheduling labour, plant, materials and subcontractorsReviewing project scopes, drawings and specificationsCoordinating works for Water Corporation, local government and commercial clientsMonitoring project costs, progress and delivery requirementsSupporting operational teams with project documentation and planningConducting HSE and quality auditsPreparing and reviewing project plans, SWMS,



ITPs and QA recordsManaging client communication and project reportingAssisting with procurement and contract requirementsSupporting the continued development of PPT's HSEQ and project management systemsAbout youThe successful candidate will ideally have:An engineering, construction or related technical backgroundPrevious experience within the drainage, wastewater, civil construction or utilities industryDemonstrated project planning and estimating experienceKnowledge of HSE, quality assurance and auditing requirementsStrong organisational and communication skillsExperience working with Water Corporation and local government clientsAn understanding of Water Corporation procurement and contracting processesThe ability to manage multiple projects and changing operational prioritiesStrong computer and document preparation skillsExperience in pipe relining or trenchless rehabilitation, which is highly desirableJoin a growing and well-established Western Australian contractorWork across varied drainage, wastewater and trenchless rehabilitation projectsBe involved in projects for major government, utility and commercial clientsWork directly with an experienced management and operations teamOpportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of the businessWe are also recruiting for a part-time Business Development Manager.
