Senior Business Analyst – Complaints & EstatesWork as a Senior Business Analyst supporting Complaints (50%) and Deceased Estates (50%).
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.Analyse current processes and identify gaps, impacts, and improvement areas.Work closely with business and Agile delivery teams.Prepare process flows, business requirements, and functional documentation.Support UAT, testing, and business readiness activities.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.Assist with process improvements, SOP updates, training, and change management.Experience in banking/financial services, complaints, or deceased estates is highly desirable.Robust stakeholder management and communication skills required.
