About the RoleWe are looking for Disability Support Workers to provide a variety of supports to people with a disability.
You will aid with all aspects of daily living including personal care, domestic care, social and community participation, and transportation.Our clients are looking for an engaging, fun and bubbly Support Workers, who are excellent at providing encouragement, whilst working towards their NDIS Goals.What We're Looking ForTo thrive in this role,



you'll bring:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong documentation and reporting abilitiesA positive, interactive attitude that encourages and uplifts clientsInitiative to advocate for clients and ensure quality careFlexibility and adaptability in challenging situationsA knack for organising and actioning daily tasksReliability and the ability to work unsupervisedPrior experience in the care sectorKnowledge of supporting individuals with behaviours of concernPersonal or professional experience in disability supportMedication support experience (or willingness to train)Mental health first aid experience is ideal but not requiredWhy Join Us?
