About the Role Field Operations Supervisor SA Water Contract | Hope Valley, SA At Service Stream, we're looking for an experienced Field Operations Supervisor to lead operational crews delivering maintenance, reactive works, and projects across the SA Water network.

labour utilisation and backlog performancelEnsuring accurate works management system reporting and data integrityCoordinating projects and minor works activitiesConducting regular field audits and maintaining a strong site presenceManaging budgets and identifying productivity improvementsCoaching, mentoring and developing team capabilitySupporting a rostered supervisory on-call functionAbout YouYou'll be a practical leader who enjoys being in the field, building strong relationships and helping teams succeed.
