IKEA Tempe is seeking an energetic Sales Team Leader for Outdoor Furniture and Self Serve (Warehouse Sales).
You will lead a high-performing team, develop people, and drive exceptional customer experiences while achieving strong commercial results.You will coach, plan sales, manage stock, and ensure seamless shopping from inspiration to collection.
The role requires flexible hours (8:00am–10:00pm) and weekend work; experience in rapid-paced retail and data-driven decision making is valued.
