Our client is a rapidly scaling national law firm is seeking a commercially sharp Legal Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, deepen client relationships and expand market presence across enterprise, government and major project environments.
This role is ideal for someone with strong Legal Business Development experience, who thrives in a quick‐paced, client‐facing environment and wants to step into a more strategic, high‐visibility position.About the role:Develop and nurture client relationships across enterprise, government, property, construction, engineering and utility industriesWork with individual Partners to help advise and create BD and Client Management strategy for their areasDrive new business pipelines, from opportunity identification through to conversionLead proposals, capability statements, pitch presentations and commercial negotiationsCollaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and market positioningRepresent the organisation at industry events, briefings and stakeholder forumsMonitor market trends,



competitor activity and emerging commercial pathwaysWork closely with senior leadership to support national growth strategiesContribute to cross‐functional initiatives and commercial projectsMentor and assist managing members of the greater BD/Marketing/Design/Brand/Communications teamAbout you:7+ years' experience in Legal Business Development or Client Relationship ManagementStrong commercial acumen and ability to articulate complex solutions clearlyConfident stakeholder engagement skills with polished communicationProven ability to manage pipelines, convert opportunities and drive revenue outcomesHighly organised, proactive and comfortable working in fast‐moving environmentsTeam‐oriented, collaborative and able to build strong internal and external relationshipsYou are agile, embrace change and thrive being busy!
