Sydney - North Shore | $270m Project | $1.5bn PipelineAn opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join a growing Sydney construction and development group on a major $270m mixed-use project in Gordon.The project comprises two residential towers with approximately 200 apartments per tower, with mixed-use components at ground level.The business operates across both third-party head contracting and developer-builder projects and currently has a $1.5bn forward pipeline, providing genuine continuity beyond this project.The RoleWorking closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will take ownership across:Procurement and tendering of major trade packagesScope preparation, tender analysis and recommendationsSubcontract negotiation and contract lettingVariations, EOTs, claims and progress paymentsCost reporting,
