DescriptionPractice Nurse | Key Health St Leonards We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Practice Nurse to join our team at Key Health St Leonards either part time (4 days) or full time (5 days).
Conveniently located close to St Leonards Train Station and Lane Cove Metro.
In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical care within a supportive general practice workplace, working closely with doctors and the wider team to deliver safe, efficient, and patient-centred care.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Practice Nurse, your duties will include:Providing clinical care in line with skilled and safety standardsConducting immunisations, wound care, health assessments, and triageSupporting chronic disease management and preventative health initiativesAssisting doctors with procedures and clinical tasksMaintaining accurate patient records and clinical documentationEnsuring infection control procedures and policies are followedManaging clinical equipment, supplies, and treatment roomsSupporting quality improvement activities and practice accreditationEducating patients on health management, treatments,
