You'll support a customer service team, build strong relationships with clients and work closely with senior leaders to drive exceptional service and business growth.Job DescriptionWhat you'll be doingReporting to the Operations Manager you will:Lead, support and develop the Customer Service team to deliver a consistently high standard of serviceOversee daily activities, workloads and service delivery to support team productivity and efficiencyBuild strong, trusted relationships with NT customers through proactive engagement, training and ongoing supportMonitor service standards and ensure client SLAs and contractual requirements are metWork collaboratively with operational teams to resolve customer issues and complaints effectivelySupport recruitment, onboarding, training and development of team membersWork with the General Manager and Operations Manager to support business growth initiativesMonitor customer and industry trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvementPromote strong governance,
