About the RoleThis is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership position where you will coordinate daily operations while supporting and mentoring a team in a high-pressure setting.You'll act as a central escalation point, manage competing priorities, and ensure all operational activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance and client expectations.Location: Macquarie ParkContract: Permanent Full TimeShifts: permanent night roster (including weekends and public holidays) Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties include, but are not limited to:Act as the first point of contact and escalation for operational mattersOversee daily deployment and patrol response functionsExperience in workforce planning and employee rostering within a fast-paced environmentEnsure team performance aligns with KPIs, contractual obligations, and legislative requirementsSupport, mentor and develop team members to drive capability and performanceCoordinate with internal stakeholders (including IT) to resolve system issuesManage incidents and ensure accurate, timely reporting and documentationMaintain a strong customer service focus across all interactionsSupport training, coaching and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with workplace health, safety,
