Experienced Packaging Sales Professional WantedWe are looking for a highly experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the packaging industry to join our team in Ingleburn.This is a hands‐on sales role for someone who knows the packaging industry inside and out, is confident developing new business, and can build and maintain strong long‐term customer relationships.You'll be expected to hit the ground running, identify new opportunities and take ownership of both business development and existing accounts.About the RoleYour key responsibilities will include:Securing new business opportunitiesManaging and growing an existing client portfolioBuilding strong, long‐term customer relationshipsIdentifying customer needs and providing appropriate packaging solutionsPreparing quotes, negotiating pricing and closing salesManaging accounts from initial enquiry through to ongoing serviceMaintaining strong customer service and meeting agreed SLAsDeveloping new sales opportunities within existing accountsKeeping up to date with packaging products, trends and industry developmentsWorking closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are deliveredAbout YouTo be successful in this role,



you will have:Minimum 3-5 years' sales experience within the packaging industryExtensive knowledge of packaging products, applications and solutionsA proven track record in business development and new client acquisitionStrong account management experienceExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship‐building skillsThe confidence and drive to pick up the phone, open doors and win new businessA commercially minded approach with a strong focus on achieving sales resultsThe ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline and accountsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailYou will be someone who understands that successful sales is about more than simply making a sale — it's about understanding the customer, finding the right solution and building relationships that last.What We Offer$100,000 base salary + superannuationAttractive commission structureOpportunity to grow and develop with the businessA genuine opportunity to make an impactA role with a strong focus on both recent business and existing customers
