This role is ideal for a solid leader with a solid Traffic Management background who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys mentoring and developing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day traffic operations and workforce coordinationLead, mentor, and support Traffic Controllers and field staffConduct inductions, onboarding, and site orientations for new hiresDeliver training and coaching to Traffic ControllersConduct Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) and Drug & Alcohol screening processesEnsure compliance with company procedures, WHS requirements, and traffic regulationsAssist with rostering, workforce planning, and operational reportingMaintain strong communication with clients, crews, and management teamsAbout YouPrevious experience in Traffic Management operations or supervisionStrong leadership and people management skillsAbility to work autonomously and lead teams effectivelyConfident conducting training, onboarding,



and compliance activitiesExcellent communication and organisational skillsFlexible and willing to travel when requiredStrong understanding of safety and operational proceduresRequirementsCurrent Traffic Control tickets/licencesDriver's Licence and reliable transportAbility to pass Drug & Alcohol screening and Functional Capacity AssessmentPrevious supervisory experience highly regardedFirst Aid (not essential, but required to obtain after employment)Fire Warden (not essential, but required to obtain after employment)Drug & Alcohol Testing (not essential, but required to obtain after employment)At Traffic Group Australia, safety and quality are central to everything we do.
