FAMASO is seeking a senior WHS leader to own the national WHS framework, visiting sites across states and guiding Operations Managers, Supervisors and WHS Coordinators.
You will drive investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective actions while raising safety standards.You will also develop and roll out SWIs/SOPs, mentor WHS Coordinators, and collaborate with the General Manager to enhance in-house digital WHS systems.
Regular travel and senior stakeholder engagement are required.
