Location: Gosford, with occasional work in Woy Woy
Full-time: $***** - $***** per hour

We're looking for an Employment Consultant to support and progress participants on their journey to sustainable employment through ongoing coaching, guidance, training, and practical support.
What You'll Do
Support a case load of participants to overcome barriers and build confidence on their pathway to employmentHelp participants set and achieve meaningful employment goalsGuide participants through the early stages of their employment journey and prepare them for success in the workplaceConnect participants with training, skills development, and other supports that improve work readinessAssist participants with resumes and cover letters, interview preparation, job search activities, and other employment-related tasks aligned to their employment goals.Build positive relationships with employers, training providers, and community partnersMaintain accurate participant records and meet program compliance requirements
What You'll Bring
Experience in employment, community, disability, rehabilitation, or similar servicesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA passion for helping people achieve their goals and reach their potentialThe ability to motivate, encourage,



and support individuals through challengesStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and administration requirements
Essential Requirements
Current Driver LicenceAbility to obtain a NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children CheckRelevant qualification and/or experience in a related field
