The Site Manager is responsible for the on-site coordination and management of HVAC installation projects.
This role ensures that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while adhering to project schedules and specifications.
The Site Manager will oversee on-site personnel, subcontractors, and material management.Key responsibilitiesOversee daily on-site operations and ensure smooth project workflowCoordinate and supervise HVAC installers, subcontractors, and other in office personnelEnsure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, drawings,



and building codesManage and coordinate material deliveries and on-site storageConduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workEnforce all safety regulations and company safety policiesConduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talksMonitor project schedules and report progress to the Project ManagerEnsure that all HVAC installations meet quality standardsProvide leadership and guidance to on-site personnelAbout youProven experience as an HVAC Site Manager or similar roleStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation proceduresAbility to read and interpret standards, schematics, and technical drawingsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesKnowledge of safety regulations and building codesValid driver's licenseExperience managing subcontractorsNo visa sponsorship and no recruitment agency applications please.
